Deadly Crypt Survivor is a Survivor (no death) achievement, while all the others in the list are hard mode challenges. If anything this should be the achievement "A Dish Served Cold" which is the hard mode achievement for Direfrost Keep and isn't represented in this list.
(and yes I know it's lame I don't have CoH2 survivor but it's not my fault people always overlap the dang circles on second to last boss :P)
