Few questions about leveling

Hi 
1) How many xp can i get per hour with training gear and eso+? (in skyreach)
2) Maybe someone can tell me how they nerfed skyreach? (I've heard that xp bonuses don't combine there)
3) How people gains 700k xp in Alikr's Desert per hour? I have epic training gear, eso+ and i can gain only 220k xp per hour. Maybe i'm doing something wrong.
4) In daily random dungeon bonuses from gear have influence for total xp or just from killing mobs?
And finally some calculations:
1-50 lvl: 2 805 665 xp
1-720 cp: 173 502 534 xp
Total: 176 308 199 xp
5) Am I right?
