Buying XP scrolls from the crown store

I would like to buy the "crown XP pack x5" from the store which is shown on that page -> https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/crownstore/item/87?crown-experience-scroll-pack-x5
but there has only option to buy "Crowns". I bought some crowns and tried to find the pack in the ingame store, but it's not there.
Does that mean that some items shown on the website are not available in-game and have to wait for some kind of "promotion" to buy them? Or maybe I'm not searching the right place?

You have crowns now correct? Then love into the game, from there you can use them on the item.

I have crowns, but the thing is that I cant find the same items from the website in the in-game store.

and it's not in the in-game crown store...

I wonder why?


Edit: I just found the item under the tab "Experience" in the in-game store. I was previously using the "search" function and that showed only some starter packs for some reason.
