Double CC bugs

This has been happening for a bit, but keep encountering cases where we get double CCed and break free is costing double.
Example #1: Meteor

This has the easiest to reproduce issue where you can clearly CC break the pause caused by the initial hit, but then you're still knocked down when the meteor hits.
Example #2: Magnum shot

In this clip you can see multiple knock backs, the first within 3 seconds of each other, the next within nearly a second of each other.
I'm sure there are others with similar issues where multiple attackers are involved. How this is occurring I think is since CC immunity is only given after you complete the break free animation, instead of being given when the CC hits or immediately having it granted when you hit break free.
