I can't access my account on the ZOS page (PC)

I wanted to re-buy ESO+, so i went into my account trying to refill it. All i got when i'm clicking "account" is a blank page with "Request Rejected" and some numbers on it. Tried accessing it through the game, store or anything. Same result.

    If you're still experiencing this error, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
    • This error is sometimes linked to special characters being used in the username and/or password.
    • If you are in the process of creating an account using special characters we would advise you to remove them and try again. Changing the security question and answer may also resolve the issue.
    • If you have already created an account with special characters in your password, please change your password here and try again.
    • Try a different browser.
    • Clear your browser history, cache and cookies
