I am suspended but have no idea why.

Email said i canceled my eso subscription after buying it 3 days prior...i did not and it said possibly it found a dupe account on steam, I do not have a duplicate account on steam because I did not buy the game on steam..I just need some help, I sent in a ticket but I cannot check the ticket because I am suspended, but you have my email so this is my ticket number. 180207-002466

    I did call my cc company and it said my money was indeed taken and not given back so I did not end my sub. I contacted PayPal as well and they are also in the dark so I believe this is on zenimax's end. @ZOS_GaryA @ZOS_GinaBruno but even still if I can't get my member ship back, that is fine, I just want to be unsuspended.

    It is going to take them a couple days to sort things out. Did you get a response to your ticket? You can always do an email reply to that response and ask for an update, even if you cannot access the Support system.

    @lordrichter I have nothing from them.i am suspended so I cannot check any current or open tickets. The only way they can reach me is through email.

    The ticket is likely sitting in the queue, waiting for someone to take a look at it. From what I hear, Customer Support really doesn't live up to their bad reputation, so I would bet that as soon as they can get to it and look into what happened, they will respond. I doubt that they will leave you in the dark forever.
