Templar Healer set to pair with sanctuary?

I just happened to pick up a full set of jewelry and two body pieces of sanctuary and wondering what sets would be good to pair with it, SPC is on my list already but I mean for the year or so it'll take me to get it what would be a decent filler set for vet dungeons (Base and DLC)

Crafted - Eye of Mara if you use resto staff, Kagrenacs if you like rezzing, Seducers if you need more sustain, or Julianos for general all-around buffs

Dungeon sets - Worm's Raiment if you like supporting magicka players, Healer's Habit (DSA) for minor mending, Combat Physician for a damage shield proc, Prayer Shawl for a different damage shield proc,

SPC and Worm's Raiment are good sets to pick up if you eventually want to do trials healing.

    VaranisArano has a great list.

The Worm Cult suggestion is fun if you like having orbs fly around you (6 in total from both sets, or 3 that alternate color if they are synced up).

If you want to make it easy to get weapons, go with a crafted set -- whichever of Seducers or Julianos makes more sense to you.

Mother's Sorrow is OK among set drops too, especially since there's a good lightning staff that can be had as a quest reward.

I use Sanctuary with Seducer for doing vet 4-man dungeons, but not trials. (Haven't been brave enough to do a trial yet.) I wanted the extra magicka sustain. I've discovered that my magicka sustain is excellent with that, though, so I might switch out Seducer for something else and hope my sustain doesn't suffer much.

Personally I run spc and alteration mastery on my templar healer. Alteration mastery is more of a selfish set but a lot of people don't realize that it reduces ALL costs by 6%, including block, dodge, and even sprinting. Its a pretty good all around set to have as a healer. That said I mostly run with pugs in vet dungeons so its nice being more versatile.

There's no reason at all to wear Healer's Habit on a Templar since they should have near 100% uptime on Minor Mending without it.

Pretty much anything. I've done most of my dungeon healing in dps gear.

Fair enough. I don't play a templar healer, so I just listed healing sets I knew some healers wear. Its good to know that one doesn't see much use.

For dungeons I use SPC Julianos. For trials, swap out Juli for mending or Worm.

If you just like the green balls floating around, grab a set of Hircines from Selenes web to double em up or get Ebon from Crypt of hearts for red balls and worm Vaults of madness for blue balls.

It was hard for me to hear at the time, but I was told a healer doesn’t need a set to make their heals stronger.

Yea for the most part heals are already strong enough to handle most damage you'll encounter without extra healing power, especially if you have access to major mending.

Its typically a better option to use sets that allow you to heal more often (magicka cost reduction and / or recovery sets) or something to boost your team's damage output (because in eso, damage is king). That's why sets like spellpower cure are so commonly used.

I actually thought about combining spellpower cure and powerful assault at one point, but the stats on powerful assault conflict with healing.

Well you should aim to go for SPC + Worm's or SPC + Mending in the end. Everything else is just a stepping stone.

SPC won't take you that long to get either, nWGT is a breeze if you have even one good DPS in there. I did it on normal today and Molag Kena didn't even have time to get a second shield up. If you have cash you could even just buy key fragments, one of my SPC jewellery sets came from buying those.
