You can't craft gold rings but I never seen a gold. Ring or necklace ever and I have 3 characters lvl 50 cp 170

It depends on set:
- Veteran trial completion for trial sets (difficult mode gives 2 jewels) from sets that drop in that trial; weekly trial leaderboard rewards also give a piece of jewelry and a weapon from that trial's sets, both legendary
- Cyrodiil golden vendor has a few random ones for sale each week-end from dungeon and overland sets for AP or gold; during Midyear Mayhem event the vendor will sell all jewels from PvP sets instead
- Scoring in the first 3% of players at the end of a PvP campaign gives a few gold jewels from the sets that come in Rewards for the Worthy mails
- Vendors in IC sewers sell gold jewels from the specific sets for 100K Tel Var a piece

Vet Trials drop gold jewelry from the sets found in that trial, and yeah the PVP vendor will sell gold jewelry from a few sets every week.

The Golden is present at one of your alliance gates in Cyrodiil from Friday evening to Sunday evening and sells legendary jewels and monster sets for 250K gold or 500K AP. The selection is random.

if its a specific set ur looking for there's a good chance ull be waiting and waiting and waiting for it .... i've been waiting since the Golden started selling Dungeon sets for BsW to finally show up .... the wait is real ... got the 1.5m AP just waiting for the pieces
