Which small house is closest to a wayshrine?

Doctor_Goblin
I know Mournoth is close to a wayshrine, but I don't want to spend quite that much now. Are there any small houses right next to one? Besides apartments that take two loading screens.

Sleek Creek in Rawl'kha. Best house I've seen.

The house in greenshade - Cliffshade is just outside the main gate of Marbruk. Very short walk to the wayshrine, and just as far to the thieves guild.

Old Mistveil manor is not really a small house, but it is close to riften as well with 2 wayshrines close by.

Grymharth's woe is inside windhelm itself and very close to the wayshrine

Cyrodilic Jungle house in Baandari Outpost, Malabar Tor - 1 door away from a wayshrine, the house is right in town.

Also, Sungpod is a little further from Elden Root's wayshrine, but it's the closest to Writ AND Master Writ drop off location
Skye Cloude - Sorc DPS, Master Crafter. Main, the bestest
Lae Lenne - Templar Healer Trial grade.
Dromede - Stamina Nightblade, she's a newb and doesn't know what she's doing
V'oghatta - Stamplar pretending to be a tank
Ulville Thonvella - aspiring Fire Mage, be careful around her fire sticks!
Dromedaris - lost and not found. Named after a shoe, what else can you expect from her? A proper tank in her wildest dreams
Swims-Naked - too pretty to grind, too silly to quest.
Sun Flair - Dunmer Templar that can't spell for life. To bad she's too broke to afford a name change... Well, at least she's pretty...

Cyrodilic Jungle house is good, but its not a clear run to the Shrine. Snugpod is practically a straight line to the Shrine; plus as mentioned, you are closest to the writ drop offs. You also have proximity to stables, guild traders, navigators, respec shrines, its also cheap and close to a pub!

Snugpod. It's cheap, and near a wayshrine, stables, a crafting writ drop-off, and undaunted enclave.

Does it have to be a house? Two reasons i got the flaming nix deluxe garret in mournhold, its a free waypoint directly into the heart of mournhold and everything you need is nearby (crafting stations, enchanter, alchemy). plus it costs only 13k gold and offers enough space for your target dummy

Mara's Kiss tavern room in Vukhel Guard, Auridon - right by the wayshrine. Free to AD players, otherwise 3k.

(EDIT: I use it for ports quite frequently, more than any of my other homes - Ebony Flask is also fairly handy, but a teensy bit further away from the wayshrine. Handy for guild traders and NPC furniture vendors though)

I agree on Mara's Kiss, and although it's 2 loading screens that's the same as any house with a garden only quicker, as the exit from the building to the wayshrine (and stable for training) is instantaneous.

I have several and use them for various purposes. They are mostly unfurnished but serve as great free ports.

I use snugpod the most for horse training and daily stuff and thieves refuge.
I use Sleek Creek to go loot the town. Also the back door leads to thieves refuge if you have a big bounty and decon stuff if my bags are full.

I use the VG inn a lot if I feel like just doing a dolmen for some jewelry after I've leveled..there's always people there.
Also the shrine is right outside the inn door and I don't mind the 2 loading screens.

They all have their benefits so why not collect them ?

    Snug pod best
    Black Vine Villa good
    Cyrobillic Jungle if Imperial addition
Forsaken Stronghold a bit pricey but dolmen. And wayshrine just outside

Black Vine Villa is reasonable, in the 50s, and there's a wayshrine just across the stream from it. Takes less than 30 sec to get to it. There's also a dolmen and a delve (with a spinner's-dropping delve boss) right there, as well as Bandaari trading post.

Small & cheap? Snugpod, for reasons mentioned above plus can usually get to Thieves Den easily without being spotted.

But most favorite? Sleek Creek. All crafting stuff in Rawl'kha is out in the open so no loading screens. And best for easy clear run to Thieves Den so best if that's your thing.
