Is it BUG???!!!

I reset my Skill Morphs ,

Bound armanents went back to Bound Armor
Poision Injections went back to Poison Arrow

They all go back to base skill and want me to LEVEL them again to be able to morph...:S

it was not like that before... it is somekind of bug or what???

They switched some stuff around in the skill lines a while back . I dont think its a bug

As said above there was a patch a while back where they changed which skills unlocked at what level of the skill lines, this means some skill have less XP in them than needed to morph, chances are that's what you're seeing.

I read somewhere that they switched the requirements of unlocking the skill initially.

E.g. Poison Arrow now unlocks at rank 38 of the skill line, but this used to be earlier.

When morphs are reset on a character that was created prior to these changes and resets them, it will have to make up for the difference after the change. Thus levelling the skill again.

But i had all skills as morphed and they were all IV i just wanto change one morphs but they went back to base skill like i didnt level them up...I already was using them as morphed IV and skill trees are all 50....i dont thing it is something they changed XP or what:S

some skill have less XP in them than needed to morph, chances are that's what you're seeing.

if it is like that how im able to use them...they shouldnt go back when they made the changed...It applies when u want to change the morphs...????

As others have said, it's simply because ZOS moved skills around a few patches back. You simply need to level the skills again. Once at morph point, your morphs will still be max rank (or whatever rank they were before you remorphed).

Exactly. If you already had morphed skill when the change came out, they kept it morphed.

Let's say before the change you had to get 100 EXP in the skill to be able to morph it. After change you have to get 200 EXP to morph it, but that skill still has only 100 EXP, so you have to grind the remaining 100.

It might seem a bit confusing and probably it's no the best solution, but it's not a bug (at least most likely not)

Just to be clear: When you respec a skill they always go back to the base skill, that's normal. If the base skill after the reset is showing to be at level IV, then all you need to do is morph it, and the morph will go straight to level IV, you don't need to level it again.

When they reordered the skill tiers, the associated earned XP attached to the skill went with them (vs the skill/morph rank).

Since skills stop earning XP once you've leveled them, a Tier 4 skill becoming a Tier 2 skill has no issue.

A Tier 2 skill becoming a Tier 4 skill, however, suddenly comes up short.

The good news is, once you hit the morphable level again, you'll be pretty close to max morph.

It's a minor oversight they just never bothered correcting.
