Kragenhome layouts don't match

So, I was browsing the available homes and something felt weird about Kragenhome. Took me a bit to realize that its interior/exterior layouts don't match at all.

The correct exterior layout should be this one, as seen in Mournhold:

Not sure if this was overlooked by the devs or if there was nowhere else to put a small player house so it had to be done this way. Anyway, I'm sort of just pointing that out. Maybe the interior could be fixed to match the neighbor house, but players who already have stuff in there would probably not like the change, so I'm not sure if there's anything that could be done at this point.

:/

Most homes don’t match between the outside and inside. If you noticed from outside homes look very large and when inside not only do they not match but they don’t have the space inside to match the size of the building.

Oh yeah, you are right, I've noticed that too. But like, I haven't seen (or maybe I didn't pay enough attention) another home that has this problem, where the correct layout actually exists (literally next door), but it's just not properly placed. I've seen homes that feel smaller from the inside, but the actual position of windows/rooms are somewhat correct.

Maybe other NPC houses in the world also have this problem, but since this one is a player home and there's only a few of them, it feels to me that at least those should be as "correct" as possible.

Obviously this is not a big issue, but I see how ESO devs design very carefully detailed ambients for the game so maybe this hasn't come to their attention yet. :)

Some of the worst offenders are the Imperial homes. Take a look at Domus Phrasticus to get a sense of what I mean. There appears to be a third floor (attic) from the outside that is not inside. Windows are not in the right places, etc.

It seems that the larger the home the worse it gets in some cases. Even Velothi Reverie isn't right in that the windows aren't the same inside as outside, though they are largely in the right place.

Multiple threads on this subject involving various homes have been made since Homestead launched, so I'm sure the devs are aware of this.

People really need to crank up the lighting before taking screenshots and posting them here.
I couldn't see a thing on thise pics.

Be nice if future houses have matching interiors and exteriors. It feels sloppy that this is even a thing.

There are plenty of houses with such flaw, Domus Phrasticus is one of the drastic examples. Actually, only a few houses don't have interior/exterior discrepancy, or have only minor issues, like Ravehurst. I started a similar thread a while ago about this particular problem as well.

Thank you for sharing those threads! I see that this issue bothers you as much as it bothers me. I'm a new player with a big focus on exploration. Being able to meticulously decorate my place with souvenirs from my adventures is my thing, so such things matter to me when buying a house. Sadly it seems that while devs put out some amazing designs, basic things like these makes them feel sloppy/unfinished sometimes. Makes one wonder why such discrepancy exists.
