The Shrike's Nocturnal Frock costume has broken shadows and visible lines of mismatched illumination all over the skin at the frontal cutout. This happens at daylight, during the night and at any other light source and is affected a lot by the position of that light source towards the skin. The normal map seems broken and a new one probably has to be generated and applied. I have seen this on every screenshot and female character ingame wearing this costume so far.
There are lines of mismatched brightness above the chest. The chest is partly covered with a dark block. Please note that this is not a shadow cast by the character or the costume. This block repeats mirrored on the other side and usually shows too bright there. Going lower there is a rhomb shape, and then a lack of detail down towards the belly, finished by a brighter spot at the lower end of the cutout. At the side cutouts, there are bright spots and smudged skin texture.

Left image shows the position of several areas of wrong illumination on the skin from the red line towards the costume seam. At the center you can see the unedited picture. Right image shows bright spots smudging the skin at the side cutouts.

Other bugs:
There is a visible line at the neck

Holes below the arms

Also the golden parts are undyeable and of low visual quality. This is very unfortunate but it may have been done on purpose. This deserves a change aswell.
I did try this costume on an imperial male character. It seemed free of errors with exception of the neck transition. No illumination issues, no smudging at the sides and no holes below the arms on the male version.
