✭✭✭✭✭honestly, I would like to know as well. cause I have been trying to farm it and I got several bubblers themselves, and enough liqueur bottles and filled mugs to probably never needing to craft another one of those ever again. but no pattern
(been farming drunkards) would be nice to get a confirmation if its still in game and I'm just farming wrong mobs (although if they drop the bubbler itself, you'd think they were the correct ones), or if it no longer drops and you can only farm the item itself now... dirty worthless casual.

Yes. It drops from pick pocketing drunks throughout. I got mine off a drunk in Vvardenfell like 3 months ago.3 -

@mrdiamond666 - nah, I've heard of them dropping in Skywatch, Wayrest and Windhelm too... mine was from the drunk on the building in Vos (Vvardenfell). It just all boils down to capturing the favor of RNGesus for a split second

Slyjinxy✭✭✭You can still get them. As mentioned pick pocket drunks. You can no longer get them from servants doing the mission in Hew's Bane.0
