What is going on with the Xbox EU server?

So many people are complaining about dropped connections & being told that they're not connected to the internet & being kicked to home screen even though they're in party chat & that's working fine.
It took me 6 attempts to log into a character in Mournhold today.

A bit better today, only had to relog twice to get into Mournhold

Got kicked from the game twice today trying to get to Stormhold(I've given up on Mournhold) & yes that after I've cleared my saved data & done hard resets
