Sony does that sometimes as Morrowind is an upgrade and according to their algorithm, 'you do not have the game' if you installed from disc. The actual download is not a problem, but it's a sometimes annoying failsafe to prevent people from buying things that have similar names but require a full-game.[PS4/EU]
