Voice and txt channels disappearing

My chat and txt channel for one of my guilds Is just gone, as if I wasn't in the guild at all, I go to voice chat and I have guild 1 2 and 4, where the hell is 3 gone!? Iv reset and changed characters, reset Internet, nothing works, this is seriously pissing me off at this stage and I no writing it up here won't make a f'kn difference

I made a thread about this already. I was told to submit an in-game bug report to try troubleshooting even though everyone in my guilds are having this issue and people commented on my thread from other platforms said it happens to them too. The person who I'm emailing back and forth with from support right now is determined to tell me it's a problem on my end but that's a flat out lie. I'm forced to re-
Log at least once a day because of this and it doesn't seem like it's going to get fixed in the next patch. And since recently they are waiting til the quarterly updates to fix bugs this one might not be fixed til the summer. I'm just so disgusted

Yea it's pure bollox that they don't fix those things ASAP, they ruin the fun of the game, see i don't mind when the likes of guild chat 1, let's say, dissappears and you gotta re log, at least it comes back, but my entire guild channel is gone, and no amount of re logs has fixed it yet

LOL literally just joined a trial group and lost chat and have to restart game.
