We need to be able to test out costumes on pts and preview dyes on costumes

With the no refund policy on costumes, we the consumer are entitled to see what is the full extent of costume customization with costumes that are worth the full price of dlc. With the majority of the recent costumes dyeing oddly, we deserve to preview dye colors prior to purchasing costumes due to your buyer unfriendly no refund policy. The newest strike costume is evidence of this with an undyeable gold collar and the latest dunmer costumes being hard to dye as well

Much of the costumes have been available on the PTS. Not sure if all of them have been much a great many.

What costumes have come out recently that were not on the last PTS? or current one for that matter.

    I agree.
If costumes are going to continue to have undyeable sections or if dye colours won't apply correctly we should be able to preview it.

They don't test costumes on the PTS any more.
    They really, really need to.

Its anti-consumer practices like this "non-refundable" crap that makes me want to close my wallet for good when it comes to this game.

Pretty fed up with being burned when buying these LTO costumes only to find theyre subpar quality compared to cheaper options.

Completely agreed. Costumes are an important part of their revenue stream, idk why they wouldn't go through just as rigorous a testing phase as their combat-focused content.

Agreed, not a big fan of using 2000 crowns on a costume just too find it "undyeable" or like the latest addition too the costume collection, a hole infested ugly ** pale as *** robe I'l never use more than the first 5min after I bought it and found all the errors.

Some people have said they had refunds on the latest costume, source: the forums. I'm not impressed with the holes and over-shiny material, but since dyeing mine white I actually like it.

Agree with OP. Assume until zos adds costumes to PTS, people who have had a bad experience can leave a comment on ESO Fashion maybe?
