Pirharri the Smuggler is a Khajiit fence and assistant. Unlike other fences, she charges a Smuggler's Fee of 35% for availing of her services. She sneaks constantly when following a player.

You will receive her at the conclusion of the Thieves Guild storyline after completing the quest The One That Got Away. Although she can be seen following other players, you cannot avail of her services unless you summon her yourself.

She can only sell, not launder, is good for leveling legerdemain if you don't care about the huge cost it takes to use it.

As stated, its a 35% cut. I think you can do the math to see how much that is for 40 Gold
