I'm also getting drops the past few days. After an hour or 2 of playing, I'm dropping from 70 to like 5 fps and then back up again. And sometimes down to 1 fps or less and then it shoots back up, every 5 or 10 sec
@deepseamk20b14_ESO What's your settings in-game?

Now i will randomly drop from 80-100 dps to 10-30 dps for a few seconds. Then it will jump back up. I know its nothing to do with a heavy graphics load as i get it when im in houses alone with the residents, open world, and dungeons. It really messes me up on my picks, stabs, and trespassing. Probably got a good 15-20k bounty from it happening at the wrong moment.

My brother had serious issues with ESO midweek. Some big Windows update also updated/messed with his NVIDIA graphic card drivers. This made ESO crash every few minutes. Took him a while to uninstall and reinstall his original drivers. He is using an older nvidia card where newer drivers do not work well with ESO.
as your machine is new I suppose ESO wont crash on you, but changed drivers (and eventually not correctly installed ones) can decrease your performance...
@deepseamk20b14_ESO I also had performance issues the last weeks but they are caused by a memory leak from a Windows update. My forum post however got this answer which might also be a possible cause for your problem as you are using a GTX 680M (which I think is a bit older).coplannb16_ESO wrote: »also one more thing.

So what should I do? Keep my old NVIDIA driver that was working prior to the windows update I just got, or update the NVIDIA driver to work with the new windows drivers? Or reroll windows drivers (I don’t know how to do this) but can look it up.
