Crown store - February 2018 White-Gold Imperial Courser running/walking effects?

So uh, looking at the crown store items for this month (all look fabulous) I noticed that the White-Gold Imperial Courser and the White-Gold Imperial Pony have sparkle effects by their hooves., does this mean that they have walking/running sparkles? or are these images just made to look pretty?

    Considering the preview in game won't show it as you can't move I wanted to know so I don't end up buying it regretting it!

    As soon as it is released someone will buy it and start a forum thread complaining about some feature or another, so just wait a few hours before you buy and all will be revealed. At least that’s how it’s been with every other special mount released so far.

    :o But what if it's an entire zerg full of people all riding sparkle horses?
    It'll look like Cyrodiil is covered in glitter!

    I'll take it with or without sparkles. Sparkle effect will make it more expensive though.
