Game crash - ntdll.dll causing it?

Been having a few crashes the past day on my laptop, and I've been trying to figure out whats causing it but I still cant come up with anything.

The laptop is a msi ge72vr (i7, 1060, 16gb, etc.) running on windows 10, been having this since I installed ESO, and the crashes seems to be happening just completely randomly (in loading screens, start, and middle of bossfights, etc) I have scanned my laptop (even though only a few safe programms are installed) once with kaspersky, then with malwarebytes. Laptop has also been cleaned with ccleaner to get rid of any junkfiles. Both malwarebytes and kaspersky is uninstalled, but the crashes keep occuring so it doesn't seem to be based on those. Another thing, im not running chrome nor firefox for anyone wondering.

Was wondering if anyone else had some similar issues, and have managed to fix it? Efforts I've not gone to yet is a complete reinstall of the game, but I was wondering if there was a simpler fix.

If none of these basic troubleshooting steps help resolve the crashing, you will need to contact customer support with a game consultant for further investigation.
