So a couple questions about this Ult. For healer and tank builds, I see that both of them have this skill on one of the bars, is that for having a twice as long uptime on the buff for the group? Is there some kind of length of time between one person using it and the other? Like, say the tank uses it, and just when the buff is about to run out, can the healer use it? Thanks.

It is mostly for the Major Force but the 10% resource increase is important too . Some groups use it in a rotation to have guaranteed 100% uptime . Some of them just push warhorns as soon as Major Force goes down . Some of them also push the next warhorn when Major Force goes down but leave 1 warhorn ready to make sure the 10% resource down doesn't go down . There are many ways to use it and different groups use it however they like . Most common is the rotation one since it is the easiest to maintain and requires the least attention for it .
