I edited the original long post, to sum up one main point. If ZOS would add NPC followers, which is smth I would be in favour of, then I would suggest making enemy Mobs more diverse and interesting. So groups of 3 that you can still take alone for example, and then groups of 10 (bandits or wolfpacks) you might want to take on with a follower or two.
Right now we have mobs (especially in the beginning of the game) that belong together (mainly bandits), but that have a very small aggro radius, so you can kill a whole banditcamp by just avoiding the 4 meter aggroradius. This might make it possible to defeat them all alone, but it doesnt leave any room open for challenging, tactical and diverse gameplay.
