End game Tank, PvE, trials, dungeons etc - is it better 5/1/1 or 6 heavy 1 medium/light?

So I've just got bloodspawn heavy / light and wondering what to change to infused?
Is it better to use 5/1/1 and make use of the light armor passives along with undaunted?
Or better for the extra heavy 6/1 defense / armor etc?
