I realize that currently staff are double handed. Since there Gandalf sized, but why not give us something smaller. Like a secepter or a wand. They would not do as much damage as base double hand staff. (Lore wise it makes sense since both Skyrim, and Oblivion had NPC's that used them). These would be my suggestion for the skills.
Arcane Rain: shoots rapidly bolts of Arcane (dark magic) at enemy> Morphs 1) slows enemies and applies Major Breach 2) Heals 5% of dealt damage
Duel Dragons: fire and ice shot in quick succession- causing rupture Morph: 1) each activation increases its DPS 2) becomes an execution at 10% health
Levitate: lift enemy into the air (LH) and choke them with dark magic (RH): Morph: 1) if enemy dies there ghost is bound to you for 30 seconds 2) Increases duration of dps)
Phantom Blade: Your wand floats arrond your hand, when triggered fires a chaos blade while other hand detonates the blade when it hits target. Morph 1) Concusses enemy for 7 seconds 2) Deals an additional AOE damage
Atherial: Allows to channel stealth with one wand, while other can cast ((does not break stealth if instant kill)). Morphs: 1:) While Atherial Immune to all damage for x seconds. 2) Heal 30% health as well
Epic skill: summon a portal, on one wand that constantly shoots iron claws (making it impossible to dodge)- while second charges a bombardo dealing 90% of targets health (before shields, armour, and health buffs-- reduced to 25% in dungeons and PVP)). Morphs: 1) The portals claws can be detonated to do damage by allies (Like DK). 2) 15% of bombardo is converted into a shield
Talents:
Rapid fire: increases the speed of light attacks by 5%-15%-30%
Elemental Knowledge: Damage of all skillls increased by 100% if enemy is within 4m
Magicka recovery: +2-+5-+7% to Magicka Recovery
Warded: has a 6% chance to prix a shield that is equal to 10% of health with Heavy attack
Light attack: Like in Harry Potter the rapid firing Stupifie
Heavy: Charges both weapons - crosses the beams for a super attack
