Refund for my new subscription

I would like a refund for subscribing because I do not play in your game and forgot to cancel it and you do not give any reminders about this. I do not use any time of new subscription and don't log in to the game from couple weeks.

Please help fast because even a small amount is significant for me at this point.

If you do not wish to continue having an active ESO plus membership, you can cancel your membership on the account page of our website.

In order to cancel an ESO Plus membership, please follow the information below:

• Login to the account page.
• Under the "Remaining ESO Plus Time" section click on the 'Manage Membership' option.
• Choose the option to cancel the membership.

We cannot refund memberships that have been partially used.
