Take a quest...... or not.........

In Cyrodil, EU-Pc, Vivec and Shor, most of the time you cannot pick up any quest for the scrolls , given by the grand-overlord in the homebase
Also most of the time it is not possible to pick a keepquest or an resourcequest from the board at the homebase

this annoying, like most things in the game, but as I pressume that this is not intended, perhaps it possible to look into this!?

It's becoming a real pain, I find switching campaigns helps you get a quest but we shouldn't have to do that

Other option is take it in turns for people in group to pick a quest and share

it functions sometimes, but mostly not, and not just for me, but for all others too.

I am in 2 guilds in pvp, and we run daily groups, and we help us out by sharing quests endless

but that cannot be the future of ESO-PVP.

and it happens with all 8 chracters I play in Cyrodill

last night, same campaign (VIVEC-EU-Pc) different char,
I was not able to change my mundus
there was nothing to interact with
like in the homebase, when going to pick up a quest

maybe... i dont have this issues because sotha is much less lagy than vivec, even when its pop locked? idk

It's happening to most of our guildmates as well

Just cant take the quests in Cyrodill. Specially on SHOR EU worst than other campaigns for us.

Sometimes when this happens, it's the same for everyone in the group. It's been a while now since I've encountered it tho. But last time I was in a group of 5, there were no scroll quests and no keep quests offered for any of us.

good, then I will come and visit Sotha, have an toon specially designed for noCP^^, we will meet soon

Both Sotha Sil and Vivec work better than Shor for me on EU

Sotha Sil seem to be my go to campaign for quest gathering though. Not sure if I had bug as well on vivec too though

I have the same problem for, maybe, half an year. With one of my char (and only one) I cant take Cyro quests. I mean – there are none of them. NPC's and dashboards just doesn't show anything. Switching campaigns didnt helped. Eh.
