✭✭✭✭✭No, it only buffs attacks which are listed as "Magic Damage" Nightblades have a lot of these attacks.
The equivalent fire set is Silks of the Sun set from Stonefalls, which adds spell damage to all fire based attacks.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

✭✭✭✭Nope, War Maiden only buff pure magic attacks. A similar set that buffs flame damage is Silks of the Sun, which is a Stonefalls overland set. http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Silks+of+the+Sun+Set Also Burning Spellweave set from City of Ash 1/2 will buff your spell damage, which affects pure magic as well as elemental attack damage when you do flame damage http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Burning+Spellweave+Set Since in PvE all classes do a big chunk of their damage as elemental damage, mainly from Elemental Blockade, War Maiden isn't considered a top set, and sets such as Burning Spellweave or Law of Julianos (crafted) are preferred.Beta tester since February 2014, played ESO-TU October 2015 - August 2022, currently on an extended break

No, War Maiden does not boost healing, as healing doesn't deal magic damage.

Zorgon_The_Revenged✭✭✭✭✭No, but don't get confused by the destruction staff skill line. Those show magic damage in the skill line tree and, when placed on your skill bar, are replaced by their corresponding elemental damage (fire damage, frost damage, shock damage).1

Adds 400 Spell Damage to your Magic Damage abilities
Now list me all DK skills that in tooltip says "magic damage ".
Julianos gives you 299 spell power that yes it boost spell damage, flame damage, shock and etc.
War maiden would boost sorcerers crystal fragments for example.0 -
