Bruma Flag Labels Incorrect

I noticed this in Vivec XB1 NA, (but who knows, it could be on all platforms and Campaigns)
The flag by the town merchant is called "Outlier Flag", whereas the flag between the two walls is called "Merchant Flag".
I believe these flag labels should be swapped. (Small mistake, I know, but it bugs me when giving call-outs)
