Armor of the trainee is the new meta for hybrid builds!

First off, this post is mostly in jest, but does bring up an interesting point.

Now that transmutation is a real thing, and you're not stuck with the training trait on this set, does it have potential for certain hybrid builds? Think about infused prismatic glyphs on the big three pieces, and even with the 5th piece bonus getting nerfed a year or so ago, it would still be a pretty nice increase to all stats.

Not sure "hybrid meta" is really a thing, but this set feels like it might offer some options now that traits can be changed.

No, as of now it's not.

The gain in raw stats, at the expenses of other bonus is not high enough to justify it's use. By comparison simply stacking on weapon power and use Pelinal is much more advantageous, despite the lower pools.

I heard of emp builds with 60k mag + stam back before the nerf, but right now it's kind in a bad place.

Hybrid builds are meh so if it was bis thats not really saying much. Mechanically acuity has way more potential i think as it will crit both spell and weapon abilitys. It just can not be xombined with peninals. It would be nice to see peninals get changed to a 3 piece set like agility. Then we could male some head way as cp gets higher.
