The training skeleton is crowns only. The Corpse of Mayhem is in the holiday achievement vendor.

When I look at undercroft items onlime I see listings for khajiit skull, khajiit remains prone/side etc..

I'm not actually seeing them anywhere

There's a khajiit skeleton lying on its side that's an achievement furnishing for the Midyear Mayhem holiday festival. Otherwise there's a training dummy that's a khajiit skeleton, but I don't know where you'd find that.
