@Waffennacht it’s not a terrible idea if you think about it. I absolutely love the new homestead feature and have had a blast doing my own, but I know lots of people who struggle with decorating their own. I’ve had a few guild makes asking me about it and since that is legit what I do in the real world and I suck at the traditional economics of the game via trade/selling I see it as an opportunity to get into the eso economy via a fairly original route and alternative trade to the guild stores (which is a racket). It takes a ton of time and patience to decorate an ESO home and I’m willing to help people do it because I adore it, but I’m also not spending my time like that for free. I’ve had offers upwards of 50k for larger scale homes.

More power to you! You probably don't know me well enough, but I'm a smart $&+ and am very tempted to joke around with you, but I may come across just as an @+& so I didn't/won't... Yet.

@DoctorESO I am continually learning new furnishing blueprints and diagrams, so if I know the recipe I can craft if you provide mats. Otherwise I’d be working with what you have. I can also make recommendations.
