New Characters for Dragon Bones update

Since the next update has the outfit/new character leveling rewards system, I've been putting off making my new characters, but if I just don't level them up, then it should be fine to make them now right? If that's the case, then I feel dumb for not making them sooner.

✭I have a feeling the level up rewards only work once pr account so you should only need to level one character. All rewards start at level 3 so you can level up all your chars but leave one behind for whenever the update is live.0
