Consistently 25% or so of the population. Their presence in zergballs, and the strength of PoTL in 1v1 and Xv1 gives them notable presence. Additionally, they are still by far the most viable healer in and out of PvP. They are the most populous class after NB, and have a frankly completely fair percentage of the overall population.
