Crown store originally, came back in a crate.

It's possible it will come back again at some point but ZOS are not easy to predict with returning items.

Both. I believe it was buyable for crowns once and came back with the dwemer or wild hunt crates for 100 crystals.

Yeah I wish I'd purchased it with gems when the dwarven crates were out.

i only just started playing when the dwarven crates were out. was too focused on playing and exploring to look at crown-related things.
