So, after having some difficulty communicating with some of the community managers via PM's, I attempted to start a ticket with customer support and it was suggested to me I post on the forums (albeit in the bugs section for some reason).
This is my attempt to find out who/how/what I need to do to claim the ESO live stream prize I won from the January 4th stream. I have not received any communication on my twitch account (elderstrolls), my PM attempts have not seen any follow up since the 9th, and Customer service was unable to help (again, asking me to post here).
Any previous winners feel free to direct me to someone whom I should communicate with to get this finalized. Thanks!
