Bug that causes nothing to be intractable after load screen [PS4]

If you are in a populated area and you decide to interact with an object or an NPC as you hit a load screen, when you return from the load screen you will be met by a nervy up-close view of the NPC. If it is with an NPC then you cannot move, exit their dialogue (which isn't even displayed on the screen). All you can do is use your map to escape. If it happens with a door then you cannot use the door. I often get this bug when using my banker next to writ merchant in Mournhold, and the door issue on the Inn door in Mournhold.
