Magicka thief/assassin build possible?

I am wondering if it is possible to have a magicka build for your character and on the same time be an effective thief/assassin...
I love the idea of being stealth and blade of woe / steal NPCs... I did some of the first quests of Dark Brotherhood and Thieves guild and I felt like I am playing splinter cell
The thing is that I cannot make a stamina build for solo casual play. I am a casual player and like to be OP on open world... I play the usual Magplar setup where I just spam puncturing sweep and I also have heal for bad situations..
I tried play Stamina Nightblade, even with a sword and shield and he is significant more weak than my Templar
more difficult to play, less survivability, much slower clearing delves / quests...
I looked up to all game skills and passives and created a list of things that enhance a thief/assassin playstyle... sadly the vast majority are favored by with stamina..
But I am here to ask... have any of you managed to make an effective thief/assassin build, on a magicka character??

✭✭✭✭For overworld/questy stuff? Sure! I completed all thieves guild/dark brotherhood stuff on my magplar with vampire stealth but no other real concessions to stealthy play. I also tended to slot some invisibility pots when doing nefarious activities and keep mistform on my bar for escaping guards.
