Infinite loading screen after patch

At every patch since CWC, Im getting an infinite loading screen after I downloaded a patch, no matter the size.
I run the launcher in admin mode, download the patch but when I start the game, I get stuck in an infinite loading screen. I never get to the character selection screen. I need to hard rest, repair and relaunch several times before I can finally make it work.
Very annoying... known issue?... known fix?

There may be something with your system setup that is causing this after every patch. You can contact customer support with your game consultant so they can investigate into a possible cause for this behavior.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
