major fps drop when casting skills

i can stand still and have 80-85 fps, but when i cast any skills (even rally etc) my fps drops to 25-30. If anyone wants to test it, just spam any buffing skill few times and watch ingame fps meter plummet.

It's memory leaks... I have mostly this issue when doing VMA,
