First, ZOS, I'd like to suggest a new set for healers:
- (2 items) Adds Max Magicka
- (3 items) Adds Magicka Recovery
- (4 items) Adds Healing Done
- (5 items) When you heal a friendly target, you have a 10% chance to increase their Weapon and Spell Penetration by 2967 (or 2975)* for 10 seconds.
* Value listed are at Legendary Champion 160.
P.S.: You can change to Magicka Recovery if the Healing Done value continues as 2%.
- (4 items) Adds Healing Done Magicka Recovery
Second, as you may have already noticed, 2% healing done is very low, if we compare with Max Magicka or Spell Damage, for example. Healing Done is very limited, so it should be bigger. The "Healing Done" value for sets should be 4%, just like Healing Taken. I don't understand how Zenimax has not realized it yet.
