Similar clothes to this Prowler Deckhand costume?

So there's two of these NPCs in Auridon/Vulkhel Guard, and I was wondering if there are any crafted light armor that looks like the pants and shoes?
I'm not worried with the shirt, but specifically the pants and shoes.

Light armor Orc style linen greaves look like the pants, but I can't find any shoes that look like those. I was thinking Wood Elf homespun/linen but they have some sort of guard on the front where these are just wrapped.

If there's a costume that looks like this (couldn't find one) I'd love to know too.

There isn't armor or a costume of these but if you steal, you can find clothing items that will look exactly like those.

All those items are clothes that can be gotten by stealing from containers (mostly wardrobes and similair, where people might keep clothes). They're equipped in their respective armor slots and have no armor rating.
