When you’ve reached a plateau, how can you increase your DPS parses?

Hopefully the responses can help people of all classes on DPS parses. I feel like my cp is right, my gear is right, and mundus is right.

I’m parsing on an imperial stamina Sorceror. All points in stamina, all passives. Warrior mundus.

Drink: Dubious Cameron
Pots: Weapon Power pots continuously. I have 3 points in medicinal

GEAR:
5 Hunding (weapons + 3 body. Nirn/sharp wpns, dagger + axe)
5 TFS (jewels + 2 body. Jewels purple, gold dmg glyphs)
Maelstrom bow (Nirn. Double poison)

Skills
Main bar: Dual wield
-Shrouded Dagger
-Hurricane
-Rending slash
-Deadly Cloak
-Bound Armaments
Ult - Flawless Dawnbreaker

Back bar: Bow
-Endless Hail
-Poisom injection
-Razor Caltrops

I use @Alcast rotation/CP placement from his stam Sorc PvE page:

Apply Hurricane on cooldown, so when its about to run out. If you reapply Hurricane, I only do 1 Heavy Attack > Shrouded Dagger instead of two times in the rotation.

Endless Hail > Light Attack > Rearming Trap > Light Attack > Poison Injection > Light Attack > Razor Caltrops > Weapon Swap
Heavy Attack > Rending Slashes > Heavy Attack > Shrouded Dagger > Heacy Attack Shrouded Dagger > Heavy Attack > Deadly Cloak > Weapon Swap

Verdict: I’m hitting at most 27k on parse. Granted, this is without pierce. I’m not sure how much that would add, but I doubt it’d take me to 35k.

I feel like I have optimal everything. But I just can’t break that threshold. Every class should I think be able to break 35k, but I don’t know how to make up what seems like a fairly large gap.

ESO masters, please help this padowan!

if you mean weaving ok...everything else concerning AC is not that important.
i think it's non-perfect weaving and dots running out from time to time.

Your description misses 2 gear slots, what's in those?
Are you at cp cap?
What's the ulti on your bow bar?
Most gains would still come from mastering your rotation. So practise A LOT.

Your off-hand DW weapon should be Infused, not Sharpened.

Questions:
* What glyphs are on your DW weapons?
* What monster set are you using?
* Are you using Ballista?
* Are you running 7 medium, 6/1, or 5/1/1?

Suggestions:
* Personally I think Alcast's CP allocation has far, far too many points in Piercing. I'd put 20-30 in there, max, and get some into Master-at-Arms.
* I get the best results by swapping out of Poison Injection (or swap out of Ballista when it's up).
* Race change to Redguard if you really want to optimize
* Dubious Camoran Throne is a DPS loss if you can sustain max/max food. Try going Vampire stage 2+ and using the Stormfist monster set if you have sustain issues with max/max food, or use VO.
* Twice-Fanged is a bit of skeleton cheese. I prefer to test with actual raid setups. For a stamsorc the standard is probably VO + Automaton, maybe Automaton + Sunderflame.

Here's the rotation I use:

1. LA Hail, LA Trap, LA Caltrops, LA Poison Inject, swap
2. LA, Shrouded Daggers, LA Shrouded Daggers, HA Hurricane, HA Rending Slashes, swap
3. LA Hail, LA Trap, LA Caltrops, LA Poison Inject, swap
4. HA, Shrouded Daggers, HA Deadly Cloak, HA Rending Slashes, swap

I've also got an interesting setup I've been working on for the stamsorc that is 5 x Strength of the Automaton (3 x jewelry, 2 x body), 5 x Mechanical Acuity (3 x body, 2 x DW weapons ... Nirnhoned sword w/poison enchant, Infused axe w/berserker enchant), 2 x Monster set of your choice (any of Kra'gh, Velidreth, Selene, or Stormfist will do ... depends on your needs).

Here's a solo parse (no fracture, just me):

Added info from original post:
- 2 piece (Monster set) has been usually Stormfist, or VO. I know some people recommend d Kragh’s, but I’ve gotten better parses with Stormfist.
- I don’t have all the pieces I need for Automaton yet, but I can run Hunding/VO (or sunderflame, NMG, War Machine)
- Dual wield enchants - Main hand (Poison) / Off-hand (Berserker)
- Backbar ult is Ballista (the only one I use on the dummy. I just keep dawnbreaker slotted main bar for weapon damage)

Changes:
-Good point on CP. I’ll make those piercing changes. I can see recasting DOTS too early. With the rotation though, I sometimes think they are recast too late.

-When you say weaving, do you mean light attacking after each backbar ability, and heavy attacking each front bar?

-Using 5 medium because I haven’t gotten full Undaunted yet on this guy (both my other chars have it, I just got all the gear j needed when I ran all that with them, so haven’t really done so with Sorc.)

-Is the food change a bit DPS difference? I can do it. I usually can stay on top of my resources with heavy attacks.

*Ill be able to check that image out when I get home. Phone seems unwilling lol.

- Drop Camoran Throne for blue food, it's really not needed. Should you run into issues you may want to consider changing your race to Redguard.
- Change your backbar rotation to end on Poison Injection and swapcancel it so the initial hit is on your frontbar.
- Get Hurricane fixed into your rotation.
- Rethink your focus on penetration, it might be good on dummy parses but you will over-penetrate in groups.
