Free Crown Crates with ESO Plus Promotion

The ESO Plus promotion has ended (as of 1/15/08) but I have not yet received my free Crown Crates as a paid ESO member. When will the FREE crates become available for us with active ESO memberships and who have played the game daily (with logoff each day) as per the rules?
It is now 4:00 PM on 1/16/18 and crates are not yet available for me. Anyone else have this issue? Or, is it just too early for them to become "openable"?

✭✭✭✭✭If you read the article about the event, it explains you get the crates by January 18th.
