Option to hide certain chat channels

Can we have the option to hide specific chat channels? At the moment the only option is to have all chat on, or hide all text chat. Filters would be cool as some guild channels are filled with chatter I don't always need to see. Thanks!

    Switch to Xbox and your chat channels will disappear for you. No extra option needed!

    I was going to say there are filters, but I see you're on PS4. I know there is on PC, but dunno about console.

    Nothing for console. I just block the annoying players in guild chats and never see them again.

      Can you set up Chat Tabs? If so, you could choose what shows up on each Tab.

      Otherwise, wow, the console UI leaves something to be desired once again on the table.
      Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

      Yes sorry guys should have said I'm on PS4, you guys on PC seemingly have a lot more UI options. The option to hide individual guild, group or area chatter would be great.
