Do the set not have any weps and shield?
I have been looking all i can find is the armor and julv's. Where to look for it?

    It has weapons, I saw them in guild stores.

    Yes, the set has weapons and shields
    The problem is that they're locked behind RNG loot boxes in IC so it's hard to get them.

    The gear from the loot boxes isn't BoP so people CAN sell them in guild traders but no NPC sells the weapons directly. I'd imagine that the chances of getting it from Guild Traders is slim due to people saving their Tel Var stones for housing storage chests coming in the next DLC so you might need to grind it yourself if you want them.

    I have stoped looking for a counter for: Sorc DPS and abilities
    I have stoped looking for a counter for: Shield stacking
    I have stoped looking for a counter for: 2h DPS and abilities
    I have stoped looking for a counter for: META builds

    But I stoped, and are now just living with it. Since the " Dev team have lost it" a long time ago ;)

    buy telvar bags with random SBreakeer and you would drop alot of weps from 100k telvars (=33 bags)

    Its cheesy cancer to combat cheesy cancer. Shields ruined sorc, they are still decent, but 1 dimentional asf because no one wants to fix it and keeps throwing spaghet at the wall to see what "balances."

    Shield spamming sorcs are annoying and over powered in comparison to others, lets add a set that a shield user can't defend against, but sucks for everyone not wanting to dish a 5pc set to counter a few builds.

    Shield spamming sorcs are STILL annoying and over powered in comparison to others. ZOS: Hmm, lets nerf frags... God damn it I am a genius, there, shield spamming sorcs are now balanced, but now because of costly mobility and low telegraphed burst.

    That fact that Cyrodiil is over run by every class BUT magicka sorcs indicates you need to learn how to play against them.
