So far I like craglorn for it's difficulty and look at night. I like murkmire for it's exotic atmosphere. And I like clockwork city for being very weird and otherworldly.

Murkmire! I love the atmosphere, the architecture, the Argonians, the music, the little callbacks to pre-Columbus Mesoamerican civilization.

Followed closely by: Khenarthi's Roost, Auridon, Greenshade, Glenumbra, Alik'r Desert. There's beautiful terrain, wonderful lore quests, fun NPCs in all of these.

My favourite zone is now Murkmire. I really love the aesthetic, the house, the fishing spots, the sounds, the motifs and last but definitely not least, the Argonians.

Before Murkmire appeared I liked wandering all along the coast in Summerset the most. I like watery areas and fishing.

What is your favorite zone and why?

I personally favor Rivenspire the most. I like the darker atmosphere and I love how the crafting stations and bank are close together in Shornhelm.

love it too thats why my first house is the one in fell's run.

Summerset and Auridon are the most beautiful zones overall, but The Nexus in Murkmire is the most awe inspiring scenery in the game. Do yourself a favor and do the main zone quest if you haven't already.

most handy: Deshaan. "Point blank" craft stations, guild traders and other services including very close bank. Undaunted not far.

    most beautiful: Summerset.

overall: Khenarthi's Roost. This is where it all started. Nostalgia )

Base game: Rivenspire - love the creepy Dracula vibe

Chapter: Summerset - it's just gorgeous

DLC: Clockwork City - a really unique environment that I'd read about and always wanted to see.

Bangkorai.. for various reasons, but mostly due to landscape design, it's amazingly curious there.

All my characters mostly hanging around in Mournhold, because it's very convenient city in terms of stations, traders, shrines accessibility, and I like continental Morrowind landscapes and architecture. Bal Foyen, Stonefalls, Deshaan - all of these are my favorites. And Vvardenfell is wonderful place too.
I'm wandering in DC lands currently, doing their Alliance quests, and I constantly have a feeling that these lands are not my lands. Morrowind is my home.
One of the two of us definitely has gone mad. It only remains to define whether this one is the whole world or just me.

I have to say Vvardenfell. Beautiful land of the Dark Elves. And the crafting stations are pleasantly close to eachother in Vivec City. The music in that zone is great too.

Also my main house is there.

For story, characters and quests, it's Rivenspire by a considerable margin.

For visual beauty it's Summerset, which is also one of the better questing areas.

For convenience it's Vivec City, over Rawl'kha, Mournhold and Shornhelm.

I just can't get in to Summerset. The scenery and design is good but I dislike most of the quests.

I couldn't wait to get outta there.

    Alik'r Desert best zone ever!
History, like a human being, is thirsty when it wakes from its slumber…History wants to drink up an enormous amount of blood. And even if history has tired of drinking blood, that’s only in regards to the amount. But what about quality? The larger the sacrifice is, the more delighted the cruel gods will be.

I think the main story quests were good. A bunch of side quests tie into the main story, which is also good. Helping the bigoted high elves is not great, but usually the ones one actually deals with in a friendly way aren't the worst of them.

But of course opinions can vary about the convoluted CSI:Summerset murder mysteries.
