Warden Pet Cosmetics

I'm really enjoying the warden class, except that I've never been a fan of bears. I know, I can use the Permafrost ultimate and never see another bear, but...

How hard would it be to program a cosmetic skin change so we had a few choices, such as wolves. Basically wolves.

I'd pay crowns for it. What I really want is a Miniature Yorkie; I'd pay $100 for that, seriously, but that may be a bit, ummm, specialized? I think that a direwolf wouldn't be too much to ask for, though. They'd have to program some combat animations, I guess, but in the grand scope of things that doesn't seem like too high a bar. There'd be no class balancing issues, this would be a simply cosmetic change.

No offense to bear lovers, it just doesn't do it for me. How many wardens would rather have a direwolf pet?

My warden bear Sir Bearington is very offended! Anyways I would very much like some variety in combat pets not just warden but summons for sorcerers also. Not sure how Yorkies would fit into the lore but what about guars or chub loons!

I want my Warden's bear to be a guar, but keep the bear animations and sounds. Roar, mighty guar! Rear up and smash things with your tiny arms of fury!

I don't want to do away with Sir Bearington, I'm sure he's a fine furry friend. Nice cuddles on those cold nights around the campfire.

Yorkies came through a portal from another dimension. Lore problem solved. They should attack by circling the opponent's feet and yapping, doing no damage but interrupting spellcasting.

ZOS wouldn't have to code much at all. There's already a direwolf model in game with attack animations. They'd just need to tweak them to make them more visible and substantial, and maybe give the model a once-over for the tattoo/eyes that the bear morphs get.

Tbh I hate how three of the skills are morrowind creatures, and then you've got a bear. Like, what? Bears aren't even on morrowind. Either give us a one of those kwama creatures as a bear replacer or change the cliff racer to an eagle, and the shalk...well I suppose the shalk are fine. Maybe have them become assassin beetles?

I'm surprised there aren't more skins available for the bear, and for sorcerer pets. They added a whole tab in the Collections menu to accommodate the grey bear skin from the special edition and so far it's the only thing in there. I was really expecting them to add more options - wolves, senche cats (the non-khajiit versions), maybe some more unusual things too.

I had a similar idea, I thought they should have made one of the Bear morphs a Stag like the Sorcerer Scamps Clannfear morph... I feel like that was a missed opportunity... But I would definitely buy a skin if they had them but only if it was anything other than a bear... like a Stag. lol

it is surprising to me to be honest that after the introduction of an alternative bear skin that they didn't continue on the path and introduce more...maybe cause they are seeing that the bear isn't used much?

Honestly i think the bear could be already massively improved if it had some kind of aoe attack

I hate warden, though if we where to get a system like the ranger I'm guild wars I would make one, it was awesome and felt just amazing

This was asked for a thousand times on Morrowind-PTS, in Crown-Store-forums and everywhere. No response from Zenimax so far.

I still will petition for my Warden-wolf. His name is Dangerfloof and he will be sooo cool.

Exactly. I thought about changing my Orc warden to a Dunmer just because of the netch and cliffracers.
More visual variety for some of those pets would certainly be welcome.
