Is it possible to get CP160 [provisioning] recipes from writs?

Seems all I get are useless blue and purple CP140 recipes, and lots of them, from provisioning writs even though I have provisioning maxed. Seems that's the case for everyone as the guild stores are flooded with worthless Sweet Horker Stews, Emperor's Venisons, Riverhold Beef Pasty and so on.

The only purpose they serve is if you're lvl'n an alt. Beyond that they're vendor trash.

I think they're bugged. I never paid close attention but pretty sure most of the time you still get pre-max level writ and pre-max level reward for it(despite having proviosioning maxed out, yes). You can sometimes get "proper" writ and "proper" reward(which will most likely be green trash recipe-.-), but it seems totally random.

I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to work like this but here it is.

Most are CP140, but I do get blue and purple CP150-160's very occasionally.

I do provisioning writs every day on 5 characters with max provisioning. I don't recall ever getting a purple 160 recipe from a writ. The big reward from those writs are Master Writs and Psyjic Ambrosia fragments.

I've found all of my cp160 recipes out and about. Montclair Manor in Rivenspire is the place I've found most of them.

I've gotten Longfin Pasty recipe twice and I got a Velothi View Vintage Malbec recipe two days ago. I do all writs everyday on two characters. Basically you can get them but it's a super rare drop.

I was under the impression the new stuff scaled and old stuff stopped at cp 150 due to how they cut off VR levels and then merged it all into cp.

You should be getting half CP100 and half CP150 recipes from the writ boxes if you're doing your dailies every day, because the max skill point dailies alternate between the two levels; are you only playing some days of the week? The CP150 blues are decently common but the CP150 purples are used in master writs, so the price on those has been obnoxious since last February.

It's worth opening world containers, if you have the time or bag space - I've gotten most of my CP150 purples from drops, not boxes.

(CP160 recipes don't exist.)
