As title says, apparently I’ve finished the quest because it’s not in the basilica, but I haven’t collected the general furnishing collectible. Any idea what I did wrong?

✭✭✭✭✭After you finish talking to Sotha Sil by the memorial, the celestiodrome should be awarded, going into your collections. So its not actually given to you, it just goes into your collectibles like a boss trophy. So this seems like an obvious question, I'm sorry, but have you fully finished the main quest and checked your collections?1 -

✭✭✭✭It's not Vivec, but Sotha Sil. And yes, you need to finish the last quest to receive that collectible. You have to meet him in a memorial garden of sorts.Beta tester since February 2014, played ESO-TU October 2015 - August 2022, currently on an extended break
